7. Fundraisers: first fundraiser is on the go. It is a grand in the hand draw date November 3rd. If you have extra tickets, please post which ones you have and others can sell those for you. You are responsible to sell your allotted squares.

Fundraising ideas can be put forth to me. Anyone wanting to head up a fundraiser it’s more than welcome just let me know and I can help you get it going. We will rely on the initial grand in the hand, 50-50, bottle drives and hockey pools for the majority of our fundraising unless someone wants to step up and head up a fundraiser.

8. Budget: we will have separate budget meeting in the near future stay tuned.

9. 24 hour rule: if you have something that is bothering you please wait 24 hours to think on how you should appropriately respond to your issue. Please note everyone is a volunteer and trying to make this season as best as we can for all players. Coaching staff and myself are here to support and listen as best we can but expect respect to be shown when addressing any issues that may come up. Thank you.

Other House keeping notes:

1. Moose head game: please note families should sign up for the mouse head game under events tab on Facebook. All families have one parent represented on Facebook so please have them update how many tickets your family needs. We need to purchase 40 tickets at least in order to participate in the relay. We will pay for players tickets from budget but other family tickets will be paid separately. Stay tuned for more information.

2. Seed money: Mike, Melissa  and I have decided to collect a round of seed money when the bank account is opened. Parents will be required to send $250 to the team account at this time. If you have carried over budget from 50-50, this may cover your seed money.

3. Socks: we will be a one sock team, using the black and orange socks as our socks. Thank you to Jen and Stephen for going out and purchasing these for the team. Each player will be charged for socks purchased on their budget.

4. Name Bars: does anyone need name bars?

5. Sponsorship: letters have gone out for banner and Jersey sponsorship. If you have a name bar, you are responsible to getting it printed and put on your players’s jersey.

6. Pictures: we have picture day tentatively booked for November 23 at our practice time details will follow soon.
